Long Term Casual Employees within a program, followed by Probationary Employees within the program shall be the first to be laid off within the program in which the reduction is to occur provided that the remaining Employees have the knowledge, training, skill, ability and qualifications to perform the required work effectively.

  • Casual Employees A casual employee is one who is not regularly scheduled to work other than during periods that such employee shall relieve a regular full-time or regular part-time employee.
