Long trips requiring operators to travel beyond 100 miles one way and/or return to the compound later than midnight require a risk management review meeting by the Director of Transportation, Assistant Director of Transportation, Fleet Operations Manager and Fleet Maintenance Manager at least one (1) week prior to execution.
