Longevity Pay/Eligibility Clause Samples

Typically, this clause outlines the minimum years of continuous employment required to qualify for longevity pay and may specify the incremental increases or schedule for such payments. Its core practical function is to reward employee loyalty and incentivize long-term retention by providing financial recognition for extended service.
