Lost & Found. Any personal items discovered to be left by a previous Tenant in a cottage will be held for 30 days and then donated to charity. Personal items that are in violation of this lease, such as paraphernalia, firearms, etc., will be reported and removed by authorities and not be held by Cove Realty. Within a 30-day period, Leaseholder may pick up item(s) or have the item(s) delivered at cost of shipping. Item(s) will only be delivered after the shipping charge is paid for in full. Cove Realty of Nags Head, Inc. is not responsible for any left/lost items unable to be located.
Lost & Found. All articles found by CONTRACTOR or which are found by patrons and given to CONTRACTOR, shall be turned immediately over to the Airport Police Services as lost and found items. CONTRACTOR shall have no right to reclaim said articles. Lost and found articles while in the possession of CONTRACTOR that cannot be accounted for, will be reimbursed by CONTRACTOR to the Airport at the fair market value of the articles, as reasonably determined by the Airport, or replaced at CONTRACTOR’s sole expense.

Lost & Found. − The Second Party shall utilize the lost and found center of the First Party and undertake to deliver to the nearest police station against receipt, all that may be found by his drivers after searching their vehicles at the end of each trip within 3 days. − The Second Party shall within one (1) days inform the passenger, who has lodged a complaint, about the status of the lost item whether it has been recovered or not and how to collect it. . − The Second Party shall report shall be submitted to the First Party containing analysis of customers’ complaints and enquiries and methods of remedy, also the number of lost items reports, found items and its categories.

If Renter would like the item(s) returned, they are subject to a packaging and shipping fee. Item(s) unclaimed will be held for a maximum of fourteen (14) days at which time VARE reserves the right to dispose of or may elect to donate the item(s) to a local charity.

If we receive from you such a notice, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to locate and return to you the item identified in your notice.

The Contractor will keep a log that has information about who found the item, where it was found, and the date and time it was found. After 30 days, the Contractor must donate any unclaimed items to a local charity and report this information to the City.
