Safety and Emergency Procedures. 18.1 Council educators maintain first aid training and are equipped to handle emergency First Aid situations. Whilst all due care and skill are exercised Council is not liable for any loss or injury incurred as a result of an accident or during an emergency.

The contractor shall participate in the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles “Employer Pull Notice Program” for appropriate monitoring of employee driver license activity. Hazardous Conditions Vehicle operators shall report all hazardous road conditions or observed issues with furniture in bus zones (e.g., downed trees, missing or downed bus signs, graffiti on bus benches, malfunctioning signals, broken curbs at bus stops, etc.) in the city to the contractor’s supervisor. The contractor in turn shall immediately notify the city of such conditions and shall take necessary precautions to safeguard passengers and personnel.

If the Xxxxxxx Gallery is evacuated during a Function, the Client shall, subject to the evacuation or interruption, retain possession of the Facility for sufficient time to complete the Function providing such time does not interfere with another client, and if it is not possible to complete the Function, the Fee may be adjusted at the sole discretion of the Xxxxxxx Gallery. The Client hereby waives any claim of damages or compensation from the Xxxxxxx Gallery arising from such evacuation or interruption.

Safety and Emergency Procedures. Xxxxxx College requires that an organized effort be made to protect personnel and students from further injury and to minimize property damage during every emergency. Preservation of life shall have top priority in all emergency operations. Each House Manager must know what to do during an emergency in their area and must be certain that his residents understand their roles. Everyone MUST follow the instructions of emergency response personnel in an emergency, regardless of whether it is the Xxxxxx College Campus Safety, Xxxxxx Police Department, Xxxxxx Xxxx Department or another agency. Overall Emergency Considerations Decisions on the part of the House Manager in an emergency situation can best be guided by three considerations in this priority order:

Contractor shall participate in the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles “Employer Pull Notice Program” for appropriate monitoring of employee driver license activity. Contractor will require all Operators, control room personnel, vehicle maintenance and repair mechanics, and supervisors to participate in the safety program.
