Lot five Specification/Service Levels. As applicable to the provision of the Services required by the Contracting Body, the Supplier shall make available the Services to that Contracting Body in accordance with the following Framework Agreement Schedule 1 (Services) components:  Annex A (Definitions);  Sub-Schedule 1(a) (Service specification for the provision of Temporary work- seekers);  Appendix 1 (Person specifications);  Appendix 2 (Temporary work-seeker obligations);  Appendix 3 (a) (Safeguarding and Employment Checks);  Appendix 3 (b) (Temporary work-seeker Assignment Checklist);  Appendix 4 (a) Occupational Health Service Provider Requirements;  Appendix 4 (b) Certificate of Fitness for Engagement;  Appendix 5 (Employer Reference Request Form);and  Appendix 6 (End of Assignment Assessment Report).   • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • Service Levels All service level requirements will be set forth in Exhibit A (“XXXX.xxx Referral Service Level Requirements”). Recipient Xxxxxx agrees to adhere, and encourage Recipient Agent’s adherence, with the version of the XXXX.xxx Referral Service Level Requirements in effect at the time XXXX.xxx identifies the Referral to Recipient Broker/Agent.

  • Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • The Specifications The Specifications are that portion of the Contract Documents consisting of the written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards and workmanship for the Work, and performance of related services.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Service Level In the event that League InfoSight discovers or is notified by you of the existence of Non-Scheduled Downtime, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the source of the problem and attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Registry Performance Specifications Registry Performance Specifications for operation of the TLD will be as set forth in Specification 10 attached hereto (“Specification 10”). Registry Operator shall comply with such Performance Specifications and, for a period of at least one (1) year, shall keep technical and operational records sufficient to evidence compliance with such specifications for each calendar year during the Term.

  • SERVICE LEVEL DESCRIPTION The Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the Service Level Description attached thereto and replacing it in its entirety with the Service Level Description attached hereto.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.
