Common use of Lunch Clause in Contracts

Lunch. Each employee, with the exception of Noon Hour Assistants, shall be entitled to an unpaid lunch period of a minimum of one-half (1/2 hour) to a maximum of one (1) hour, free from assigned duties, which will be scheduled between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Lunch. Each employee, with the exception of Noon Hour AssistantsAssistants and the Occasional Call In Clerk, shall be entitled to an unpaid lunch period of a minimum of one-half (1/2 hour1/2) to a maximum of one (1) hour, free from assigned duties, hour which will be scheduled between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.p.m. or as otherwise mutually agreed between the employee and the employee’s immediate supervisor.
