Maintenance and Support Generally. 14.1. For a one (1) year period, commencing on the Activation Date, and subject to Customer’s compliance with the Agreement, BSA will provide, at no charge to Customer, “Maintenance and Support”, meaning the following;

For a one-year period, commencing on the installation of the BSA Software Products, and subject to Customer’s compliance with the Agreement, BSA will provide, at no charge to Customer, “Maintenance and Support,” meaning the following: (i) Modifications (such as patches, corrections, and updates) as are generally provided at no additional charge (beyond the cost of annual Maintenance and Support) by BSA to BSA customers; and (ii) technical support, as further described in Section 11, during BSA’s normal business hours.
