Maintenance, Care, and Training a. The Buyer will maintain an adequate, reliable, enclosed area outside for the dog’s exercise and will not allow the dog to roam at will. b. The Buyer WILL NOT chain or tether the dog in the yard or keep the dog permanently in a kennel. c. The Buyer agrees that the dog will be housed inside the Buyer’s home, with the Buyer, as his or her companion. Dog is not to live outside for any part of the day or night. d. The Buyer will keep dog in good health and feed a premium food (high quality food not sold in a supermarket) preferably rated 4-5 stars on xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. e. The Buyer will provide necessary and routine health care by a licensed veterinarian, including heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention, and vaccinations including for Rabies. Buyer agrees to have the Dog seen by a licensed veterinarian for a comprehensive exam yearly for this contract’s duration. If any preventative care, including yearly exams by a veterinarian, has not been provided, Seller’s Health Guarantee shall be null and void. f. Buyer understands the high level of grooming care that poodles require and agrees to maintain a regular grooming regimen for the dog and to keep the coat brushed and free of excessive matting. Seller recommends professional grooming visits every 4-6 weeks, starting with a puppy visit at 12 weeks of age. g. Buyer agrees to maintain the dog at a healthy weight and not allow the dog to become overweight, as this may contribute to hip dysplasia and many other health issues. The Health Guarantee will terminate should the dog be allowed to become obese or if developing joints are found to have been overstressed by vigorous activity at any point during the first two years of life. The puppy should not participate in strenuous or repetitive exercise in the first two years of life, as this can be detrimental to bone development and can contribute to issues such as hip dysplasia. h. Seller will provide, free of charge, a “Raising Your Pup!” phone class to prepare Buyer for raising their new pup. Class is 1.5-2 hours long and Seller will give the class over the phone at a mutually convenient time. Completion of this class is mandatory prior to taking possession of the puppy. Buyer agrees to participate, with all other adult members of their family, in the “Raising Your Pup!” phone class before Puppy is picked up.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course.   • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.

  • Education and Training The foundation of this Program is education and voluntary compliance. It is recognized that alcohol and chemical dependency may make voluntary cessation of use difficult, and one of the Program’s principal aims is to make voluntary steps toward ending substance abuse easily available. The outside contractor shall review and develop on-going educational and training information on the adverse consequences of substance abuse and the responsibility to avoid being under the influence of alcohol or chemicals at work. Certain training required by the DOT Regulations shall be the responsibility of the Substance Abuse Program.

  • Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.
