Maintenance for Machines. Lenovo will provide maintenance Service (“Maintenance”) as specified in the Schedule which consists of: (1) remotely assisting You in determining whether system problems are Machine or Program related (problem determination); (2) onsite and remote diagnostic and remedial maintenance service in accordance with the Type of Service specified for the Eligible Machine in the Schedule in order to keep the Lenovo Eligible Machines in, or restore them to, conformance with their officially published specifications; (3) if available for Your Eligible Machines, installation of monitoring software to detect, analyze and report errors; correlate temporary errors; and identify and report media problems; (4) Lenovo retains ownership of all such monitoring software. You are licensed to run such software as required by Lenovo solely to enable Lenovo to provide the Services herein; (5) the services of support specialists from Lenovo manufacturing, engineering, and development locations as deemed necessary by Lenovo; (6) the planning, scheduling and installation of any engineering changes or field change orders required to improve the serviceability, performance and/or safety of the Lenovo Eligible Machines; (7) assisting You in establishing and implementing electronic support facilities; (8) activation, for use by Lenovo personnel, of electronic facilities to remotely diagnose, apply fixes and update Your Lenovo Eligible Machines.

  • Maintenance Program LESSEE's Maintenance Program

  • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.

  • Unscheduled Maintenance Unscheduled maintenance may be required to resolve issues that are critical for Customer and/or performance of the Cloud Services. Druva will use its commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer at least six (6) hours prior to the unscheduled maintenance.

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • Maintenance Plan Maintenance plan for the Project Facility for the next quarter and a report on maintenance carried out during the previous quarter (including any material deviation from expected maintenance activities as set out in the maintenance plan).

  • Maintenance, Etc The Company will maintain, preserve and keep, and will cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to maintain, preserve and keep, its properties which are used in the conduct of its business (whether owned in fee or a leasehold interest) in good repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and from time to time will make all necessary repairs, replacements and renewals as the Company may determine to be appropriate to the conduct of its business.

  • Hardware Maintenance Hardware Purchased from NCR Voyix or a Reseller is eligible for coverage under NCR Voyix’s Hardware Maintenance Policy for an additional monthly fee, provided however, that some restrictions apply. Subscribed Hardware includes Hardware Maintenance at no additional charge, subject to timely payment of all fees. Provided that you are current on your payment obligations and otherwise in compliance with this Agreement, your Hardware Maintenance includes remote maintenance services and support via telephone, email or live text or chat on the terms stated at the Account Portal (you acknowledge that third-party message and data rates may apply).   • Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.

  • MAINTENANCE & REPAIR Tenant agrees that if there is any delay in maintenance or repairs for reasons beyond Landlord's control, this shall have no effect on Tenant's obligations under this lease.
