Maintenance of Coverage The contractor/renter agrees that the commercial general liability (and automobile liability, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice and/or liquor liability, if applicable) insurance coverage herein provided for shall be in effect at all times during the term of this contract. In the event said insurance coverage expires or is cancelled at any time or times prior to or during the term of this contract, contractor/renter agrees to provide the fair, prior to said expiration date, a new certificate of insurance evidencing insurance coverage as provided for herein for not less than the remainder of the term of the contract, or for a period of not less than one (1) year. New certificates of insurance are subject to the approval of California Fair Services Authority, and contractor/renter agrees that no work or services shall be performed prior to the giving of such approval. In the event the contractor/renter fails to keep in effect at all times insurance coverage as herein provided, the fair may, in addition to any other remedies it may have, take any of the following actions: (1) declare a material breach by contractor/renter and terminate this contract; (2) withhold all payments due to contractor/renter until notice is received that such insurance coverage is in effect; and (3) obtain such insurance coverage and deduct premiums for same from any sums due or which become due to contractor/renter under the terms of this contract.
MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project until the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of allottees upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Price of the Xxxx.
Maintenance of Services 5.1 Services resold pursuant to this Attachment and BellSouth’s General Subscriber Service Tariff and Private Line Service Tariff and facilities and equipment provided by BellSouth shall be maintained by BellSouth.
Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement.
Statement of Charges A statement of the specific charges against the employee shall be written in ordinary and concise language, shall include the cause and the specific acts and omissions, including times, dates, and location, on which the disciplinary action is based and shall state the penalty proposed.
Maintenance of Insurance The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain in effect during the entire period for which the Company is obligated to indemnify the Indemnitee under this Agreement, one or more policies of insurance with reputable insurance companies to provide the officers/directors of the Company with coverage for losses from wrongful acts and omissions and to ensure the Company’s performance of its indemnification obligations under this Agreement. The Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies in accordance with its or their terms to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any such director or officer under such policy or policies. In all such insurance policies, the Indemnitee shall be named as an insured in such a manner as to provide the Indemnitee with the same rights and benefits as are accorded to the most favorably insured of the Company’s directors and officers.
MAINTENANCE OF THE PROJECT (11-20-07) (Rev. 1-17-12) 104-10 SP1 G125 Revise the 2012 Standard Specifications as follows: Page 1-35, Article 104-10 Maintenance of the Project, line 25, add the following after the first sentence of the first paragraph: All guardrail/guiderail within the project limits shall be included in this maintenance. Page 1-35, Article 104-10 Maintenance of the Project, line 30, add the following as the last sentence of the first paragraph: The Contractor shall perform weekly inspections of guardrail and guiderail and shall report damages to the Engineer on the same day of the weekly inspection. Where damaged guardrail or guiderail is repaired or replaced as a result of maintaining the project in accordance with this article, such repair or replacement shall be performed within 7 consecutive calendar days of such inspection report. Page 1-35, Article 104-10 Maintenance of the Project, lines 42-44, replace the last sentence of the last paragraph with the following: The Contractor will not be directly compensated for any maintenance operations necessary, except for maintenance of guardrail/guiderail, as this work will be considered incidental to the work covered by the various contract items. The provisions of Article 104-7, Extra Work, and Article 104-8, Compensation and Record Keeping will apply to authorized maintenance of guardrail/guiderail. Performance of weekly inspections of guardrail/guiderail, and the damage reports required as described above, will be considered to be an incidental part of the work being paid for by the various contract items.
