Maintenance of Seniority. (A) Seniority shall continue to be accrued during the first (1st) month of leave of absence without pay and thereafter shall be maintained but not accrued (except as provided in Article 7.02). (B) Seniority shall continue to be accrued during the first month of layoff, and thereafter shall be maintained, but not accrued, for a period of up to one (1) year. (C) Seniority for Winter Sessional employees shall be maintained but not accrued during the Inter/Summer Session. Seniority for Inter/Summer Sessional employees shall be maintained but not accrued during the Winter Session.
