Maintenance; Recording. 13.1 Customer shall supply Service Provider with a completed Engine Documentation list as per Annex 4.
Maintenance; Recording. The Operator may contract the approved maintenance organisation to retain some of the maintenance records. It should be ensured that every requirement is fulfilled by either the operator or the approved maintenance organisation. In such a case, free and quick access to the above mentioned records should be given by the approved maintenance organisation to the operator and its competent authority (in case of two different competent authority involved, see paragraph 3.6 "competent authority involvement").
Maintenance; Recording. The Borrowers will, at their expense, take all necessary action to maintain and preserve this Loan Agreement so long as the Series 2017 Obligation is outstanding. The Borrowers will, forthwith after the execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement and thereafter from time to time, cause all documents securing this Loan Agreement or any document securing the Series 2017 Obligation, any financing statements in respect thereof to be filed, registered and recorded in such manner and in such places as may be required by law in order for such documents to be effective to publish notice hereof and thereof and fully to perfect and protect the lien of the Bond Indenture upon the trust estate referred to therein or any part thereof and, from time to time, will perform or cause to be performed any other act as provided by law and will execute or cause to be executed any and all continuation statements and further instruments that may be requested by the Authority for such publication, perfection and protection. Except to the extent it is exempt therefrom, the Borrowers will pay or cause to be paid all filing and registration and recording fees incident to such filing and registration and recording, and all expenses incident to the preparation, execution and acknowledgment of such instruments of further assurance and all federal or state fees and other similar fees, duties, imposts, assessments and charges arising out of or in connection with the execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement, the Series 2017 Obligation, such financing statements and such instruments of further assurance.

The Corporation will, forthwith after the execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement and thereafter from time to time, cause this Loan Agreement and all documents securing this Loan Agreement and any financing statements in respect thereof to be filed, registered, and recorded in such manner and in such places as may be required by law in order to give notice hereof and thereof and fully to perfect and protect the lien of the Bond Indenture upon the Trust Estate referred to therein or any part thereof and, from time to time, will perform or cause to be performed any other act as provided by law and will execute or cause to be executed any and all continuation statements and further instruments that may be requested by the Authority for such publication, perfection, and protection. Except to the extent it is exempt therefrom, the Corporation will pay or cause to be paid all filing and registration and recording fees incident to such filing and registration and recording, and all expenses incident to the preparation, execution, and acknowledgment of such instruments of further assurance and all federal or state fees and other similar fees, duties, imposts, assessments, and charges arising out of or in connection with the execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement and such instruments of further assurance.
Maintenance; Recording. Contractor shall issue all original maintenance records i.a.w. paragraph 9 to Operator upon completion of maintenance. It is the responsibility of Operator to keep and maintain all original maintenance records in accordance with the RML-V-6D requirements.
