Maintenance Wage Survey. In order to establish rates of pay for the Maintenance Ticketed Journeymen (Groups 1, 2, 3 and 4 as proposed), the Company and the union will perform an annual maintenance wage survey of approximately 10 relevant labour market competitors. The purpose of the survey is to ensure that Maintenance Ticketed Journeymen employed, are competitively paid so that the Olymel Red Deer plant attracts and retains its skilled maintenance workforce. It is understood that the companies used may change from year-to-year to ensure the relevant labour market is considered. The following criteria will be used to select which Companies to survey:

Maintenance Wage Survey. The Company will do an annual maintenance wage survey comprised of five industrial employers in the City of Winnipeg and five industrial employers in the City of Winnipeg identified by the Union. The positions of the required licensed and unlicensed skilled trades as determined by the Company which shall include a rate for dual tickets will be benchmarked at each of the identified companies. The job classification rates for each of these positions at each employer will be averaged into one rate. The highest and the lowest rates will then be removed, and the remaining eight average rates will be calculated into a simple average. If this average is more than four (4%) percent above the Maple Leaf Consumer Foods Inc. rate, the Maple Leaf Consumer Foods Inc. rate will be adjusted to this average. Adjustments under this provision are only applicable to the above-named trades. This survey will be completed in November of each year with any required adjustments effective the first pay period of January. APPENDIX "C" MANITOBA FOOD & COMMERCIAL WORKERS, LOCAL 832, EDUCATION AND TRAINING TRUST FUND C-1 The Company agrees to make the following contributions per hour into the Manitoba Food & Commercial Workers Local 832, Education and Training Trust Fund: 5¢ per hour effective October 1, 2021 The hours for which the Company will contribute said amounts will be the same hours as contributed for the Dental Plan under Appendix A-2.01 and shall be remitted to the Union in the same manner.

The licensed 4th Class Stationary Engineer rate will be pro-rated to maintain the same spread between 3rd and 4th Class Stationary Engineer’s rate. Adjustments under this provision are only applicable to the above named trades. This survey will be completed in November of each year with any required adjustments effective the first pay period of December.   • MAINTENANCE WORK Landlord reserves the right from time to time, but subject to payment by and/or reimbursement from Tenant as otherwise provided herein: (i) to install, use, maintain, repair, replace, relocate and control for service to the Premises and/or other parts of the Project pipes, ducts, conduits, wires, cabling, appurtenant fixtures, equipment spaces and mechanical systems, wherever located in the Premises or the Project, (ii) to alter, close or relocate any facility in the Premises or the common areas or otherwise conduct any of the above activities for the purpose of complying with a general plan for fire/life safety for the Project or otherwise, and (iii) to comply with any federal, state or local law, rule or order.   • Maintenance Windows 12.3.23.1 Generally, Qwest performs major Switch maintenance activities off-hours, during certain “maintenance windows”. Major Switch maintenance activities include Switch conversions, Switch generic upgrades and Switch equipment additions.

  • Site Maintenance The authorized area shall be maintained in a neat, clean, and safe condition, free of any solid waste, debris, or litter, except as specifically authorized herein.

  • Installation, Inspection, and Maintenance The Contractor is responsible for installation and maintenance of the BMPs as a part of its Bid. The Design Professional shall obtain the services of a qualified testing laboratory to inspect the BMPs in accordance with the permits, the costs of such inspections to be borne by the Owner. In the event of Abnormal Weather Conditions or force majeure, the Contractor shall be compensated for re-installation of BMPs at established Unit Prices.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Maintenance of Coverage Consultant shall not cancel, assign, or change any policy of insurance required by this agreement or engage in any act or omission that will cause its insurer to cancel any insurance policy required by this agreement except after providing 30 days prior notice to the City. If an insurance policy required by this agreement is unilaterally cancelled or changed by the insurer, Consultant shall immediately provide written notice to the City and obtain substitute insurance meeting the requirements of this agreement. Nothing in this paragraph relieves Consultant of its obligation to maintain all insurance required by this agreement at all times during the term of the agreement.

  • Property Maintenance Maintain all of its property that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
