Management Hours. The parties recognize that the demands of the position will require the Assistant Superintendent to average more than eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days per week, and\or more than 40 hours per week. The parties agree that Assistant Superintendent shall not be entitled to overtime compensation.
Management Hours. It is understood that the demands of the position of Chancellor will require more than eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. The Chancellor is not entitled to any overtime compensation.
Management Hours. It is understood by the President and the District that the demands of the position of President will require working more than eight (8) hours a day and/or forty (40) hours per workweek. The President is not entitled to receive overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of eight (8) per day or forty (40) per week.

It is understood by the Interim President and the District that the demands of the position of Interim President will require working more than eight (8) hours a day and/or forty (40) hours per workweek. The Interim President is not entitled to receive overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of eight (8) per day or forty (40) per week.
Management Hours. It is understood that the demands of the office will require Senior Director to average more than a forty (40) hour workweek. It is also understood that there will be times when the demands of the office do not require the presence or services of the Senior Director during the normal work week. Therefore, Senior Director shall maintain a work schedule, which is sufficient to adequately, efficiently, and effectively perform the duties of her office. When the Superintendent grants permission, she may be absent from duty during normal working hours and shall not be required to adhere to those office hours prescribed for other personnel.
Management Hours. The parties recognize that the demands of the position will require the Business Manager to work during non-school hours, evenings, and on weekends. The parties agree that the Business Manager is an exempt employee who is not be entitled to overtime compensation.
