Mandatory Direct Deposit. If the Employer provides for the electronic transfer and direct deposit of wages paid to the employees covered by this Agreement, subject to the requirements of applicable law, each employee shall participate in the Employer’s program and shall designate the financial institution(s) to which he or she directs the deposit of all wages and other compensation paid to the employee.
