Manner of Discipline. Any level of disciplinary action shall be imposed in a manner that is both professional and mindful of reasonable privacy expectations on the part of the employee and the School. Coaching and counseling shall also be done in a manner that is both professional and mindful of reasonable privacy expectations on the part of the employee and the School. Both parties acknowledge that coaching and counseling is an important tool for supervision and is not considered a formal level of disciplinary action as outlined in Section 10.1 of this Article.
