Access by Union Representatives. (a) The Employer shall, subject to the terms of this Agreement, permit authorized representatives of the Union, not exceeding three (3) in number plus alternates, to have access to that portion of the race track where the employees are working, except all money rooms (to which the President of the Union, in cases of emergency and upon the express consent of the Operations Manager or his designate, shall have access), for the purpose of communicating with the employees employed therein and for the purpose of conferring with the Employer, but such access shall be at such time and places and in such manner as not to interfere with the regular duties of the employees or the operation of the Employer’s business. (b) Notwithstanding anything else in this Article, wherever possible, Union business must be conducted outside of normal working hours.

(b) Employer shall permit an authorized representative of the Union to have access to that portion of the teletheatre where the Mutuel employee is working for the purpose of communicating with the employee in relation to matters covered by this Agreement but such access shall be at such time and place and in such manner as not to interfere with the regular duties of the employee or the operation of the owner’s business. (c) Notwithstanding anything else in this Article, where ever possible, Union business must be conducted outside of normal working hours.
Access by Union Representatives. The Union's representative shall advise the Employer at the time of visitation and shall have admission to the hospital to discharge their duties as representative of the Union and shall restrict their activities and visitation consistent with their duties as Union representative and conduct themselves in such a manner so as not to interfere with the operation of the hospital. No employee may be called off their station by the Union representative without the Employer's consent.

The Employer shall comply with all reasonable requests by the Union for a copy of specific names on payroll for a specified pay period in respect of Employees covered by this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the President of the Union shall have access to the money room upon the express consent of the Mutuel Manager. 9.02 Subject to article 9.01, the Employer will recognize an alternative committee person to act in the absence of a regular committee person during a racing program. The Union will provide the Employer with a list of persons (not to exceed three (3)) who are alternate committee persons. 9.03 In the event of a lay off, the one (1) Member of the Union committee will be the last employees to be laid off, regardless of their seniority, as long as there is work available which they are capable of performing.
Access by Union Representatives. 1. A designated union representative will be permitted to visit the Hospital to ascertain whether or not the Agreement is being properly maintained. When necessary, these meeting will be confined to a location provided by the Hospital that will give them privacy of discussion. If such meetings require entering a non-public area of the Departments where employees represented by this MOU are assigned, the union representative shall give the department manager reasonable advance notice of their visit and shall contact the department manager prior to entering a non-public area. The union representative must be accompanied by an on-duty employee from that department while in a non-public area. These visits to non-public areas shall not interfere with patient care.
Access by Union Representatives. 45.01 The Employer shall, subject to the terms of this Agreement, permit authorized representatives of the Union, not exceeding five (5) in number, to have access to that portion of the racetrack where the employees are working, except all money rooms, for the purpose of communicating with all Bargaining Unit employees employed therein and for the purpose of conferring with the Employer, that such access shall be at such times and places and in such manner as not to interfere with the regular duties of the Bargaining Unit employees or the operation of the Employer’s business. The Employer shall comply with all reasonable requests by the Union for a copy of the payroll for specified pay periods in respect of employees covered by this Agreement.

Access by Union Representatives. Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company's premises, providing they do not cause workmen to neglect their work and having first obtained clearance from the Company.
Access by Union Representatives. Whenever possible authorized Union representatives, with notice in writing to the employer shall be given access to the Employer’s job sites to meet with the Shop Xxxxxxx about Union business provided that the meeting does not interfere with the employee’s work.   • Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.
