Manuscripts, maps. Off-line metadata passing (via FTP or other method) with subsequent processing and conversions within a BNE/manuscrpits and BNE/maps dedicated connectors. The missing structural metadata are created via an automated process by reading names of images above the complete folder structure of the appropriate repository. The output of such process does have a form of and XLS file with a table filled by folder and filenames. During subsequent processing of such a XLS file an XML with necessary structural metadata is created. The filenames contain often an applicable foliation in some forms – therefore it is possible to create high quality structural metadata (including the applicable foliation to enable efficient folio referring). The process is fully automated and the metadata can be created and/or updated for the complete repository in a batch process. The initial step of the batch is prepared by the BNE (the output is the XLS), the last step is performed in the BNE dedicated connector. Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, neither the Company nor its subsidiaries has received any notices or other correspondence from the FDA or any other foreign, federal, state or local governmental or regulatory authority performing functions similar to those performed by the FDA with respect to any ongoing clinical or pre-clinical studies or tests requiring the termination or suspension of such studies or tests. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company makes no representation or warranty that the results of any studies, tests or preclinical or clinical trials conducted by or on behalf of the Company will be sufficient to obtain governmental approval from the FDA or any foreign, state or local governmental body exercising comparable authority.

  • Brochure original technical catalogue with detailed specification and picture of the product offered, if relevant.

  • Maps The maps service and features of the iOS Software (“Maps”), including map data coverage, may vary by region. When you use any location-based features within Maps, such as turn-by-turn navigation, traffic and local search, various location-related and usage information may be sent to Apple, including the real-time geographic location of your iOS Device, in order to process your request and help improve Maps. Such location and usage data is collected by Apple in a form that does not personally identify you. By using Maps, you agree and consent to Apple’s and its subsidiaries’ and agents’ transmission, collection, maintenance, processing, and use of this information, to provide and improve the Maps features and service, and other Apple products and services. You may disable the location-based functionality of Maps by going to the Location Services setting on your iOS Device and turning off the individual location setting for Maps. Certain Maps features will however be unavailable if you disable the Location Services setting, such as turn-by-turn navigation.

  • Analyses investigations, surveys and reports described in Section 5 above as Reimbursable Services;

  • Publications All published material and written reports submitted under the Contract must be originally developed material unless otherwise specifically provided in the Contract. When material not originally developed is included in a report in any form, the source shall be identified.
