Common use of Market Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Market Adjustments. Effective January 29, 2017, the base pay/salary range of each classification noted in Exhibit 1 of this Agreement and the base pay/salary of each individual employed in such noted classification, will be increased by the indicated percentage. Effective January 28, 2018, the base pay/salary range of each classification noted in Exhibit 1 of this Agreement and the base pay/salary of each individual employed in such noted classification, will be increased by the indicated percentage.

Market Adjustments. Effective January 29October 4, 20172020, the base pay/salary range of each classification noted in Exhibit 1 of this Agreement and the base pay/salary of each individual employed in such noted classification, will be increased by the indicated percentage. Effective January 28, 2018, the base pay/salary range of each classification noted in Exhibit 1 of this Agreement and the base pay/salary of each individual employed in such noted classification, will shall be increased by the indicated percentage.

Market Adjustments. Effective January 29November 14, 20172021, the base pay/salary range of each classification noted in Exhibit 1 of this Agreement and the base pay/salary of each individual employed in such noted classification, will be increased by the indicated percentage. Effective January 28, 2018, the base pay/salary range of each classification noted in Exhibit 1 of this Agreement and the base pay/salary of each individual employed in such noted classification, will shall be increased by the indicated percentage.
