Market Rate Salary Schedule. The District is in the third year of a five-year transition to a 9 Market Rate Salary Schedule. The SPALC Labor/Management Committee will make 10 recommendations each year for positions to be moved to the Market Rate Salary Schedule and will 11 consider need and availability of funding.
