Marketing and media. Any publishing or communication of information regarding the agreement and the customer relation is subject to the Purchaser's prior approval, cf. Annex FAdministrative provisions. The above mentioned does not apply to brief summary of information regarding the character and extent of the agreement as well as names of reference persons, when this information is given in relation to a public procurement.
Marketing and media a) NYSERDA will provide the Project Team with marketing materials (the “Materials”) and related in-kind services. The Materials will be specific to Community Solar NY and will assist the Project Team with its education, outreach and marketing efforts in order to increase attendance at local education events and participation in the Solarize campaign. b) NYSERDA will cooperate with the Project Team in “naming” the campaign, and in the use by the Project Team of the term “solarize.” c) The Project Team will request approval from NYSERDA for all marketing materials developed by the Project Team that reference NYSERDA, NY-Sun, or Community Solar NY in advance of distribution. The Project Team agrees to include any NYSERDA or Installer(s) logos deemed necessary by NYSERDA on any materials used in the Solarize campaign. d) The Project Team will notify NYSERDA in advance and collaborate with NYSERDA on any press releases, events, or news conference concerning the Solarize campaign. All media produced by the Project Team is subject to NYSERDA approval. In any media produced by the Project Team, the Project Team will not represent that positions taken or advanced by it represent the opinion or position of NYSERDA.
Marketing and media. 10.1 WAIS may use your name, image, voice, signature, photograph, likeness, reputation and identity to market WAIS or any Sponsors of WAIS. 10.2 You must: (a) consult the WAIS Corporate Communications Department prior to any media interview to ensure consistency of the WAIS message and integrity of the brand is upheld at all times; and (b) make yourself available on reasonable notice for appearances, interviews, photography or filming sessions for WAIS and/or WAIS’ Sponsors. 10.3 You must not, without the written approval of the Chief Executive Officer: (a) supply any information to the media or make any public statement relating to the activities or policies of WAIS; (b) use any Intellectual Property of WAIS including, but not limited to, WAIS’ logo; or (c) represent that any product, service or entity has a relationship of sponsorship, approval or affiliation with WAIS.

Marketing and media. 22.1 The Supplier may take photographs or record videos of the Customer’s vehicle before, during and after providing Services (Media). 22.2 The Supplier may use the Media to promote its Goods and Services on its website, through social media and other publications. The Customer agrees that the Supplier may disclose the relationship between the parties and the nature of the Goods and/or Services provided, and use and publish any part of the Media as its sees fit. 22.3 The Customer may opt out of Media being used for promotional activities by contacting the Supplier in writing.
