MATERIALS, LABOUR & EQUIPMENT. IIMC & SERVICE PROVIDER SERVICE PROVIDER SERVICE PROVIDER shall be and remain at all times exclusively responsible to provide all material, labour, equipment, machinery, facilities, utilities and consumables and temporary works and other items and things whatsoever required for or in connection with the work, including but not limited to those indicated by expression or implication in the Job Description, Schedule of Rates, the Specification, Plans, Drawings and/or other Contract Documents or howsoever otherwise as shall or may from time to time and at any time be necessary for or in connection with the work, either for incorporation in or within the permanent works or in or relative to the execution and performance of the work. Materials supplied by the SERVICE PROVIDER shall conform to the specifications and shall be suitable for the purpose for which they are required. As and when materials are required, the Service Provider shall provide the same whatever the required quantity may be. All the workmen deployed for gardening work need to do all work as the exigencies of work require and as instructed by the Supervisor or requirements of IIMC and shall not refuse any work given to them at any point of time.

For maintaining the entire Campus area properly, the following tentative schedule may be followed: Cutting of grass etc. to be carried out on at least weekly basis at the following areas: The Main Gate Island Garden at the Entrance, the Engineering Division, the Administrative Buildings, the Academic Blocks, State Bank of India, inside TATA Hall, the Library Building, the Computer Centre, the Old & New Power House, Ramanujan Hostel, VLMP Hostel, New Teaching Block, Tagore Hostel and Annexe Building, New Hostels, MCHV, Swimming Pool, Boat House, Gymnasium, Lake View Hostel, Management Development Centre. Cutting of grass etc. to be carried out on at least fortnightly at the following areas: Football Ground, the Staff Canteen, MBA-Ex Mess, Children’s Park adjacent areas, Faculty Quarters, Officers Quarters, Staff Quarters, Backside & eastside of Tata Hall, Auditorium, Road leading to LVH from New Hostel, MDC to Wooden Bridge, Auditorium to Iron Bridge, area between Amphitheatre & NAB, areas surrounding Amphitheatre, back-side of the Hostels, area adjacent to 33 KV Power House.

  • Materials Stored If the Application for Payment includes materials delivered and suitably stored at the Site but not incorporated in the work, they shall, if required by the Owner or the Design Professional, be conditional upon submission by the Contractor of bills of sale or such other procedure as will establish the Owner's title to such material or otherwise adequately protect the Owner's interest. The Contractor is responsible for the existence, protection, and, if necessary, replacement of materials until execution of the Final Certificate of the Design Professional. The Owner shall not pay for any materials stored off-site.

  • MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP Unless otherwise specified, all materials and equipment incorporated in the work under the Contract shall be new. All workmanship shall be first class and by persons qualified in the respective trades.

  • Materials and Equipment ‌ Material means property that may be consumed or expended during performance, component parts of a higher assembly, or items that lose their individual identity through incorporation into an end item. Equipment means a tangible item that is functionally complete for its intended purpose, durable, nonexpendable, and needed for performance. Any Customer Equipment you use in connection with the Services must meet Astound’s then-current minimum technical and other requirements.

  • Services, Materials, and Equipment Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, heat, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities, and all other facilities, incidentals, and services necessary for the construction, performance, testing, start-up, inspection and completion of the Work.

  • Materials and Supplies The cost of materials and supplies is allowable. Purchases should be charged at their actual prices after deducting all cash discounts, trade discounts, rebates, and allowances received. Withdrawals from general stores or stockrooms should be charged at cost under any recognized method of pricing, consistently applied. Incoming transportation charges are a proper part of materials and supply costs.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Quality of Materials and Workmanship Unless otherwise specified, all materials shall be new, and both workmanship and materials shall be of good quality. The Contractor shall, if required, furnish satisfactory evidence as to the kind and quality of materials and work. The burden of proof is on the Contractor.
