Common use of Maternity and/or Parental Leave Allowance Repayment Clause in Contracts

Maternity and/or Parental Leave Allowance Repayment. To be entitled to the maternity, parental, benefit waiting period and/or pre-adoption leave allowances pursuant to this clause (Clause 21.10), an employee must sign an agreement that they will return to work and remain in the Employer's employ for a period of at least six months or equivalent to the leaves taken, whichever is longer, after their return to work.
