Maternity or parental leave. Employee not eligible for QPIP benefits nor Employment Insurance The employee who is not eligible to receive QPIP benefits nor Employment Insurance benefits, and who has accumulated twenty (20) weeks of service is entitled to, for ten (10) weeks, an allowance equivalent to ninety-three per cent (93%) of his/her regular weekly salary.
