Maximum Cumulative Leave. At the end of each fiscal year, any unused portion of the leave time shall become cumulative and may be used at some subsequent time for the reasons mentioned in this section. For the duration of the contract, the maximum cumulative leave time for paraprofessionals shall be ninety (90) days.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.

  • Cumulative Sick Leave 16.1 Employees covered by this collective agreement will carry forward their accumulated sick leave days from the predecessor school boards to a maximum of 280 days. Effective September 1, 1999 employees (other than temporary employees) shall be credited with two (2) days of sick leave for each month of active full time service to a yearly maximum of 20 days for ten month employees. Effective September 1, 2003 100% of the unused days each year are accumulated, to a possible sick leave total of three hundred (300) days. Sick leave days will be pro-rated for part-time employment.

  • Aggregate Leave The aggregate amount of leave of absence from employment that may be taken by an employee under Article 21.1 and 21.2 in respect of the birth or adoption of any one child shall not exceed fifty-two (52) weeks, except as provided under Article 21.1(f) and/or 21.2(d). Where an employee is granted total maternity leave under Articles 21.1(a) and 21.1(f) of greater than fifty-two (52) weeks, the employee shall not be entitled to parental leave under Article 21.2.

  • Maximum Contract Amount 4.4.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the City’s maximum payment obligation will not exceed ($_) (the “Maximum Contract Amount”). The City is not obligated to execute an agreement or any amendments for any further services, including any services performed by the Contractor beyond that specifically described in Exhibit A.   • Vacation Usage Each department or agency head shall be responsible for scheduling the vacation periods of their employees in such a manner as to achieve the most efficient functioning of the department or agency and the County service. The granting of a vacation period less than the employee's annual entitlement is to be discouraged so that the full benefit of the vacation plan can be realized by each employee. The appointing authority shall determine when vacations will be taken.
