Maximum Rental Time and Charges. The maximum continuous rental time for a Vehicle is 48 hours. You agree that You will deactivate the Vehicle rental within 48 hours and return the Vehicle to the Service Area as provided herein following Your initial rental of any specific Vehicle; provided You may then rent that Vehicle again immediately thereafter. The maximum daily charge for Vehicle rental is $48 and is based on a calendar day. After the return of the Vehicle, You will be charged the accumulated rental charges, or the maximum daily charge; whichever is less. Vehicles not returned (locked and a Your use concluded) within 48 hours may be considered lost or stolen, and the last User of such Vehicle may be charged up to $600 per pedal bike, $1,400 per electric scooter, $1,600 per fat-tire bike, and $2,600 per electric bike, and a police report may be filed. Veo may also charge a service fee of $30 for Your Vehicle rentals in excess of 24 hours where the Vehicle is not lost or stolen.
Maximum Rental Time and Charges. You may Use the Vehicle for the amount of time that You rented it. You agree that You will return the Vehicle after that rental period has expired. If You do not do so, then Wheels may unilaterally renew the rental of the Vehicle and charge You for it.

For rentals returned in excess of 24 hours where the Vehicle is not considered lost or stolen, Wheels may also charge a service fee of $100, in our sole discretion.

If You violate this Section, We may charge You for continued rental of the Vehicle at 150% of the general rental rate, a $30.00 per day loss of use fee, and/or replacement of the Vehicle if it is considered lost or stolen, up to $3,600.00, in Our sole and absolute discretion. You are solely responsible for any charges related to failure to timely return any Vehicle in accordance with Course’s instructions. After return of the Vehicle, You will be charged any accumulated rental charges, penalties and replacement cost. Vehicle not returned within 24 hours may be considered lost or stolen.

Xxxxx agrees that Xxxxx will return the Bike to a designated bike station within no more than 4 hours from the time that rental of the Bike began. Rider may then rent again. Xxxxx agrees that he/she is solely responsible for being aware of any elapsed time related to the timely return.

You agree that You will return the Vehicle immediately following your round, and failure to do so will result in additional charges. Maximum Rental Time and Charges. XXXXX agrees that RIDER will return the Bike to a designated ArborBike Station within 30 minutes of time that rental of the Bike began. RIDER may then rent again after docking the bike into any ArborBike station. XXXXX agrees that he/she is solely responsible for being aware of any elapsed time related to the timely return. Bike Rental Charges are $8.00 for the first half hour, $0.00 for the second half hour if returned to any ArborBike station within 30 minutes, $4.00 additional for any time the bike is out longer than 30 minutes, and $4.00 additional for each 30 minutes thereafter. The maximum day charge is $100 and is based on a calendar day. Upon return of the bicycle, the rider will be charged the accumulated rental charges, or the maximum day charge; whichever is less. Bikes not returned within 24 hours will be considered stolen, and Rider will be charged $1,200. Applicable state sales tax of 6% included in Rental and Replacement Charges.

XXXXX agrees that XXXXX will return the Bike to a designated Columbia County, Georgia Bike Station within 18 hours of time that rental of the Bike began. RIDER may then rent again. XXXXX agrees that he/she is solely responsible for being aware of any elapsed time related to the timely return. Bike Rental Charges are $8.00 for a single ride pass and $1.00 for each additional half hour thereafter. The maximum day charge is $55.00 and is based on a calendar day. Upon return of the bicycle, the rider will be charged the accumulated rental charges, or the maximum day charge; whichever is less. Bikes not returned within 48 hours will be considered stolen, and Rider will be charged $1,500.00. Applicable local and state sales tax of 8% included in Rental and Replacement Charges.

RIDER may then rent again. XXXXX agrees that he/she is solely responsible for being aware of any elapsed time related to the timely return. Bike Rental Charges for all membership levels are $0 for the first half hour, $2 for the second half hour and $5 each additional half hour thereafter. The maximum day charge is $75 and is based on a calendar day. Upon return of the bicycle, the rider will be charged the accumulated rental charges, or the maximum day charge; whichever is less. Bikes not returned within 72 hours will be considered stolen, and Rider will be charged $1000. Applicable local and state sales tax of 5.5% included in Rental and Replacement Charges.
Maximum Rental Time and Charges. Rider agrees that Rider will deactivate the Vehicle rental upon completion of the ride, but in any event, always within 24 hours of initiating the rental of the Vehicle. Rider may then rent again. Rider agrees that he/she is solely responsible for being aware of the length of any elapsed ride time. After return of the Vehicle, Rider will be charged the accumulated rental charges. Rental time will be calculated from the moment of unlocking the Vehicle through the App until the Rider receives confirmation through the App that the ride has been ended. If You end the ride incorrectly, this may result in the ride not being terminated. If the ride is not ended properly, the ride will continue and the Rider will continue to be charged. If you have technical issues terminating a ride for any reason, You should report this through the App immediately. Failure to report an issue in terminating a ride may result in continued charges. Vehicles not returned (with the ride concluded) within 48 hours will be considered lost or stolen, and Rider may be charged up to the value of the Vehicle plus administrative and processing fees. Operator may also charge additional service fees for rentals in excess of 24 hours where the Vehicle is not lost or stolen.
