Maximum Vacation Leave Accrual. An employee may accumulate unused vacation leave up to a maximum of twice the number of hours due annually. Under extraordinary circumstances, and when the best interest of the City requires, the City Manager may permit a temporary accumulation of vacation leave in excess of the maximum accrued.
