Meal and rest break arrangements. 6.3.1 An unpaid meal break of 30 minutes to be taken at any time applies for a shift exceeding 6 hours. 6.3.2 Other breaks within working hours shall be provided at management’s discretion, subject to the operational needs of the business, but shall not exceed more than one 10 minute break per rostered period of work of six (6) hours or more.
