MEAL BREAKS AND TEA BREAKS. (a) An employee will take one unpaid meal break as near as reasonably practicable to the middle of each rostered shift. Meal breaks will be not less than 30 minutes and not more than 90 minutes in duration. Travelling time taken to reach the staff facility at which the meal break is taken will not exceed 10 minutes including “wash-up” time between the time of xxxxxxx tools and commencing the meal break. Travelling time taken to return to the job and commence work after the completion of the meal break will not exceed 5 minutes.
