Common use of MEAL MONEY Clause in Contracts

MEAL MONEY. A full time employee who is required to work overtime after 7.00 p.m. on any day shall be paid meal money of $11.90 in respect of each such occasion unless a meal is provided by the Company. The amount paid to an employee for meal money will increase by the percentage that the Federal Minimum Wage increases on each occasion that it is increased by the Australian Fair Pay Commission.
