Common use of Mediation Period Clause in Contracts

Mediation Period. Mediation pursuant to this Section will be conducted over a period of 45 calendar days following the appointment of a mediator. If the dispute cannot be resolved by the mediation deadline, or by the end of any mutually agreed continuation thereof, the Department, the Service Provider or the mediator may give written notice declaring the mediation process terminated.
