Medical Appointment for Pregnant Employees. Up to three decimal seven five (3.75) or four (4) hours (according to the Hours of Work Code) of reasonable time off with pay will be granted to pregnant employees for the purpose of attending routine medical appointments. Where a series of continuing appointments are necessary for the treatment of a particular condition relating to the pregnancy, absences shall be charged to sick leave.
