Common use of MEDICAL ATTENDANCE Clause in Contracts

MEDICAL ATTENDANCE. A member who is required to attend while off-duty at a medical facility for initial treatment and/or testing relative to a potential job-related exposure to a serious infectious disease, such as Tuberculosis, Hepatitis or HIV, shall receive six (6) hours' regular straight-time compensation for such attendance.
