Common use of Medical/Dental Appointments Clause in Contracts

Medical/Dental Appointments. a) Employees shall be allowed to utilize banked overtime, sick leave, or when possible, a mutually altered work schedule, where possible, in order to accommodate medical appointments in town. b) Out of Town medical appointments Employees will be allowed to utilize sick leave for out-of-town medical appointments in accordance with Human Resources Policy/Procedure entitled “Sick Leave Utilization for Medical Appointments”
