MEDICAL REVIEW OFFICE. The agency responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the City’s Drug and Alcohol Testing Program which has knowledge of substance abuse disorders and has individuals with the appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual’s confirmed positive test results together with his/her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.

  • Medical Records Medical records relating to Trial Subjects that are not submitted to Sponsor may include some of the same information as is included in Trial Data; however, Sponsor makes no claim of ownership to those documents or the information they contain.

  • Medical Records Retention Grantee shall retain medical records in accordance with 22 TAC §165.1(b) or other applicable statutes, rules and regulations governing medical information.

  • Medical Reports The Employer agrees to pay the fee for medical reports required by the Employer for Sick Leave or Weekly Indemnity provisions to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50.00).

  • Orally Administered Anticancer Medication In accordance with RIGL § 27-20-67, prescription drug coverage for orally administered anticancer medications is provided at a level no less favorable than coverage for intravenously administered or injected cancer medications covered under your medical benefit.

  • Medical Examinations An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse affect on the employee's health.

  • Departmental Seniority Departmental seniority is defined as the length of employment within the employee’s current department. Department seniority shall accrue as of the first day of employment or transfer into a new department.
