Common use of Medication Endorsement Allowance Clause in Contracts

Medication Endorsement Allowance. A Division 2 Registered Nurse who holds an endorsement to administer medication and who uses such endorsement in connection with his/her duties as reasonably determined by the Employer shall be paid an allowance of 4% of the wage rate for that Division 2 Registered Nurse payable under this Agreement.
