Grade 4B. 25.4.1 There will be an additional increment of $30 per week for a Nurse Unit Manager Grade 4B and that will be Year 3. The effective date of the increase will be the first pay period on or after 1 February 2006. 25.4.2 A Registered Nurse Division 1 who at 1 February 2006 is classified as a Charge Nurse Grade 4B, and has less than two years of experience in the Charge Nurse Grade 4B classification, will progress to the Grade 4B year 3 increment on a date when that employee has completed two years experience at the Grade 4B classification. 25.4.3 Where any Nurse Unit Manager, classified at Grade 4B is currently receiving a payment in excess of the new rate stated in Schedule A, such payment may be absorbed, at the discretion of the Employer.

A Registered Nurse Division 1 appointed as an Educator in a non-major hospital with two Years of Experience or more as an Educator, and paid as such. A Registered Nurse Division 1 appointed as a Clinical Consultant B and paid as such. A Registered Nurse appointed as a Community Health Nurse (in-charge) and paid as such. A Registered Nurse qualified and appointed as a Maternal and Child Health Nurse and paid as such. A Registered Nurse appointed as a Day Hospital Co-ordinator (Public Sector) Level 1 with no automatic progression to Level 2 and paid as such.
Grade 4B. A Registered Nurse appointed as a Nurse Unit Manager (however titled) and paid as such or who progresses from Grade 4A (if this Agreement so provides).

Grade 4B. A Grade 4B counsellor, in addition to the duties employed by a Grade 4A Counsellor, will be expected to manage a complex service area of the employing organisation.
Grade 4B. Employees with at least 3 years of relevant experience, all Grade 4A qualifications and experienced in maintaining and improving business safety systems and procedures. Grade 4B employees utilise their skills to oversee day-to-day activities on site to ensure all aspects of operational performance. Employees at this level are also required to attend relevant training programs at the Company’s request. Wages will be paid weekly by electronic funds transfer or direct deposit into an Australian bank account nominated by the employee.

  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.

  • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.

  • Allocations During the Early Amortization Period During the Early Amortization Period, an amount equal to the product of (A) the Principal Allocation Percentage and (B) the Series 1997-1 Allocation Percentage and (C) the aggregate amount of Collections of Principal Receivables deposited in the Collection Account on such Deposit Date, shall be allocated to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders and retained in the Collection Account until applied as provided herein; provided, however, that after the date on which an amount of such Collections equal to the Adjusted Invested Amount has been deposited into the Collection Account and allocated to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders, such amount shall be first, if any other Principal Sharing Series is outstanding and in its amortization period or accumulation period, retained in the Collection Account for application, to the extent necessary, as Shared Principal Collections on the related Distribution Date, and second paid to the Holders of the Transferor Certificates only if the Transferor Amount on such date is greater than the Required Transferor Amount (after giving effect to all Principal Receivables transferred to the Trust on such day) and otherwise shall be deposited in the Special Funding Account.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Sales During Pre-Settlement Period Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if at any time on or after the time of execution of this Agreement by the Company and an applicable Purchaser, through, and including the time immediately prior to the Closing (the “Pre-Settlement Period”), such Purchaser sells to any Person all, or any portion, of any shares of Common Stock to be issued hereunder to such Purchaser at the Closing (collectively, the “Pre-Settlement Shares”), such Purchaser shall, automatically hereunder (without any additional required actions by such Purchaser or the Company), be deemed to be unconditionally bound to purchase, and the Company shall be deemed unconditionally bound to sell, such Pre-Settlement Shares to such Purchaser at the Closing; provided, that the Company shall not be required to deliver any Pre-Settlement Shares to such Purchaser prior to the Company’s receipt of the purchase price of such Pre-Settlement Shares hereunder; and provided further that the Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that the forgoing shall not constitute a representation or covenant by such Purchaser as to whether or not during the Pre-Settlement Period such Purchaser shall sell any shares of Common Stock to any Person and that any such decision to sell any shares of Common Stock by such Purchaser shall solely be made at the time such Purchaser elects to effect any such sale, if any.

  • REPORT OF CONTRACT USAGE All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. The report is to be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided in Microsoft Excel 2003, or newer (or as otherwise directed by OGS), to the attention of the individual shown on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, Award Number, Contract Number, Sales Period, and Contractor's (or other authorized agent) Name, and all other fields required. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template without acquiring the approval of the Office of the State Comptroller or the Attorney General.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.
