Meeting and Appeal. An involuntary reassignment shall be made only after a meeting between the teacher involved and the Superintendent, at which time the teacher shall be notified of the reason thereof. In the event that a teacher objects to the transfer or reassignment at this meeting, upon the request of the teacher, the Board shall meet with him/her at a special meeting. The teacher may, at his/her option, have an Association representative present at such meeting.
