Common use of Meeting and Appeal Clause in Contracts

Meeting and Appeal. An involuntary transfer requires a meeting between the teacher and building principal involved, at which time the teacher shall be informed of the reason for such transfer. If a teacher objects to the transfer, he/she may meet with the Superintendent. The teacher may, at his/her option, have an Association representative present at such meeting. The decision of the Superintendent shall be final and binding.
