Meetings of the Joint Consultation Committee. On the request of either party, the Joint Consultation Committee shall meet at least once every two (2) months at a time mutually agreed by the parties. A management representative and a Union representative shall alternate in presiding over meetings. Members shall receive a notice and agenda of the meeting at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting. Minutes of each meeting of the Committee shall be prepared and signed by the committee members as promptly as possible after the close of the meeting and each party shall receive a draft copy of the minutes within three (3) days following the meeting.
