Meeting of the Committee. The Labour/Management Committee shall normally meet once per month which shall be determined by mutual agreement between the Union President and the Chair of the Labour/Management Committee.
Meeting of the Committee. Either group of representatives on the Bargaining Committee may call for a meeting which shall be held not later than thirty (30) calendar days, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the two parties, from the date of such notification given in writing to the other Party to the Agreement and stating the reason for such a meeting. The time and place of the meeting shall be mutually agreeable to the two Parties.

In the event of either party wishing to call a meeting of the Committee, the meeting shall be held at a time and place to be arranged by mutual agreement, however, such arrangements regarding the meeting shall be made not later than six (6) calendar days after the written request has been given.
Meeting of the Committee a. The Joint Consultation Committee shall meet or have a conference call at the request of either party at a mutually agreeable time and place, within thirty (30) days of such request.
b. In the event of any reorganization, which results redundancy, relocation or reclassification, the Joint Committee shall meet in order for the Association/Company to consult with the Union.
c. Minutes shall be kept for all meetings.
d. Association/Company agree to provide an adequate meeting room for the meetings and meals when required.
e. The Joint Consultation Committee shall meet as needed.
Meeting of the Committee. In the event either party wishes to call a bargaining meeting, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement. However, such meeting must be held not later than ten (10) calendar days after the request has been given.
Meeting of the Committee. On the request of either party, the parties shall meet at least once every two (2) months for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by this Agreement. Participants will be paid straight time wages for attendance at meetings.

In the event of either party wishing to call a meeting of the Committee, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement, however such a meeting is to be held not later than ten (10) days after the request has been given, unless changed by mutual consent.
Meeting of the Committee. In the event of either Party calling a meeting of the said Committee, the notice shall be in writing and the meeting shall be held at a time and a place fixed by both Parties.
