Not to Occur Sample Clauses

The "Not to Occur" clause serves to explicitly prevent a specified event or action from taking place under the terms of the agreement. In practice, this clause may prohibit certain transactions, behaviors, or conditions—such as the assignment of rights, disclosure of confidential information, or initiation of legal proceedings—during the contract period. Its core function is to provide clear boundaries and prevent undesired outcomes, thereby protecting the interests of one or both parties and reducing the risk of disputes.
