Meetings with Employer. Corrective Action and Investigatory meetings between the Employer and Employee shall be conducted in private. When possible, the Employee will be given information, in advance, about the reason for any meeting with the Employer.

Meetings with Employer. Authorized representatives of the Union will be allowed time off with pay to attend meetings called at the request of the Employer or its duly authorized representatives. This shall apply only to those meetings occurring during the employee's normal work shift. Attendance at meetings during non-work hours will be considered unpaid time.

  • Portability of Sick Leave 1. The employer will accept up to sixty (60) accumulated sick leave days from other school districts in British Columbia, for employees hired to or on exchange in the district.
