Meeting with the Employer. The Employer agrees that one Union representative and the grievor may attend a grievance meeting with the Employer without suffering a loss of pay. Any member of the paid staff of the Union may attend a grievance meeting.

Meeting with the Employer. 14.01 Matters other than those covered by this Agreement that are of mutual concern to both parties, shall be discussed at regular Labour/Management meetings. Either party may introduce matters of concern in advance to be included in the agenda of the staff meeting. The agenda will be exchanged seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the meeting. The minutes, once approved by both parties, will be posted. Labour Management meetings shall be held a minimum of quarterly and the Union Representative may attend any and all meetings. The Union Representative may be forwarded by the union stewards the agenda of such meeting in advance and shall be forwarded the minutes of all Labour Management meetings. The Union Representative may also add agenda items as required.

8 . 2 , 2 An employee who wishes to discuss dissatisfaction with the work or performance of a representative of the Employer, i . e. a person defined as " Excluded Management", or a UVSS Board Member, the shall inform a Union Xxxxxxx for the attention of the Personnel Committee. The Union Xxxxxxx shall provide the Personnel Committee, with written details regarding the dissatisfaction prior to the scheduled meeting. A meeting to discuss such dissatisfaction shall occur within fourteen ( 14 ) calendar days of informing the Personnel Committee. Any Personnel Committee member who is the subject of the dissatisfaction discussion shall not participate in the meeting.
