Member Acknowledgement. Members acknowledge and agree that the following statement will apply unless the Member’s Membership Type is a 10 Visits Pass Membership or an Upfront Payment Membership: This is an ongoing membership agreement. The agreement will continue until it is terminated by either you or the supplier in the way described in the agreement.

(a) Each Member represents and agrees that it fully understands its right to discuss all aspects of this Agreement with its private attorney, and that to the extent, if any, that it desired, it availed itself of such right. Each Member further represents that it has carefully read and fully understands all of the provisions of this Agreement, that it is competent to execute this Agreement and that it has read this Agreement in its entirety and fully understands the meaning, intent, and consequences of this Agreement.

BY LOGGING INTO GreenState Credit Union's INTERNET BANKING SYSTEM, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS SET FORTH IN EACH CASH MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT APPLICABLE TO MY ACCOUNTS. Member Acknowledgement. The Member hereby acknowledges and agrees that any Subject Units purchased or acquired pursuant to the exercise, vesting, settlement or conversion of Subject Profit Interests, Subject Debentures or Subject Warrants or in the market, by private agreement or otherwise, from the date hereof to the Effective Date, shall be deemed to be subject to the terms hereof as Subject Units.
Member Acknowledgement. The Members agree to be bound by the provisions of this Section in reporting their shares of Company income and loss for income tax purposes.
Member Acknowledgement. There are instances in which people who have undergone membership registration are not acknowledged as a member when the following circumstances apply to them. Additionally, even if members who have been acknowledged and have accepted this agreement, if they are later found to have come under the following circumstances, they may have their membership retracted.
Member Acknowledgement. I acknowledge that this is an ongoing membership agreement. The Agreement will continue until either you or the Shire terminates in the way described in clauses 15 or 16 of these Membership Terms and Conditions. If you terminate the agreement in a manner not described in the Terms and Conditions, then you may be liable to the Shire for damages for breach of contract.
