Member Request. The Member is hereby requesting that SRE install the Generlink device purchased from Global Power Products. The Member understands that all items will need to be on hand when an SRE representative arrives to install the Generlink device. The first trip to install will be free of charge, provided that everything required for the install is available on site. If the install requires multiple trips, any subsequent trips will be assessed a trip charge. The Member understands that only SRE personnel may install or remove the GenerLink device. Member further understands that should SRE become aware of any recalls or known hazards created by the GenerLink device, SRE may remove the device without notice and return it to the member.   • Transfer Requests The Partnership agrees to use its Reasonable Best Efforts to promptly process, and to cause the Exchange Agent to promptly process, all sale or other transfer requests relating to the Contributor Units that are exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act.

Each such notice shall specify (i) the date (each, an “Increase Effective Date”) on which the Borrower proposes that the Incremental Commitments shall be effective, which shall be a date not less than 10 Business Days after the date on which such notice is delivered to the Administrative Agent (or such earlier date agreed by the Administrative Agent) and (ii) the identity of each Eligible Assignee or other lender reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent (and, in the case of any Incremental Revolving Commitment that contains an LC Commitment, each Issuing Lender) to whom the Borrower proposes any portion of such Incremental Commitments be allocated (each, a “New Lender”) and the amounts of such allocations; provided that any existing Lender approached to provide all or a portion of the Incremental Commitments may elect or decline, in its sole discretion, to provide such Incremental Commitment.

  • Stop Payment Order Request Any owner may request a stop payment order on any check or draft drawn on the owner’s account. To be binding, the order must be in writing, dated and signed, and must accurately describe the check or draft, including the exact account number, the check or draft number, and the exact amount of the check or draft. This exact information is necessary for the Credit Union’s computer to identify the check or draft. If we receive incorrect or incomplete information, we will not be responsible for failing to stop payment on the check or draft. In addition, we must receive sufficient advance notice of the stop payment order to allow us a reasonable opportunity to act on it. If we recredit your account after paying a check or draft over a valid and timely stop payment order, you agree to sign a statement describing the dispute with the payee, to assign to us all of your rights against the payee or other holders of the check or draft, and to assist us in any legal action.

  • Employer Requested Leave Leave of absence without loss of pay, seniority and all benefits shall be granted to employees whenever the Employer requires an employee to take designated courses and/or examinations. The cost of the course and/or any examination fee and reasonable expenses incurred in taking the course and/or examination shall be paid by the Employer.

  • Change Request Either Landlord or Tenant may request Changes after Landlord approves the Approved Plans by notifying the other party thereof in writing in substantially the same form as the AIA standard change order form (a “Change Request”), which Change Request shall detail the nature and extent of any requested Changes, including (a) the Change, (b) the party required to perform the Change and (c) any modification of the Approved Plans and the Schedule, as applicable, necessitated by the Change.   • Procedures for LNP Request The Parties shall provide for the requesting of End Office LNP capability on a reciprocal basis through a written request. The Parties acknowledge that Verizon has deployed LNP throughout its network in compliance with FCC 96-286 and other applicable FCC Regulations. 15.4.1 If Party B desires to have LNP capability deployed in an End Office of Party A, which is not currently capable, Party B shall issue a LNP request to Party A. Party A will respond to the Party B, within ten (10) days of receipt of the request, with a date for which LNP will be available in the requested End Office. In addition, the Parties shall make information available upon request showing their respective LNP-capable End Offices, as set forth in this Section 15.4.

  • Form of Request Whenever Borrower desires an Advance, Borrower will notify Bank by facsimile transmission or telephone no later than 3:00 p.m. Pacific time (1:00 p.m. Pacific time for wire transfers), on the Business Day that the Advance is to be made. Each such notification shall be promptly confirmed by a Payment/Advance Form in substantially the form of Exhibit B hereto. Bank will credit the amount of Advances made under this Section 2.1(b) to Borrower’s deposit account.

  • CAFA Notice Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1715, not later than ten (10) days after the Agreement is filed with the Court, the Settlement Administrator shall cause to be served upon the Attorneys General of each U.S. State in which Settlement Class members reside, the Attorney General of the United States, and other required government officials, notice of the proposed settlement as required by law, subject to Paragraph 5.1 below.

  • Initial Decision Maker The Architect will serve as the Initial Decision Maker pursuant to Article 15 of AIA Document A201–2017, unless the parties appoint below another individual, not a party to this Agreement, to serve as the Initial Decision Maker.
