Membership Term. Once the Program Membership Fee (if applicable) and any enrollment fee (if applicable) is paid, a Member shall be entitled to all Services for the Membership Term the Member selects at the time of enrollment commencing on the date of AAA’s receipt of the enrollment. Members may select from Membership Terms offered at the time of enrollment.
Membership Term. The period covered by the first month’s dues, as well as any additional days of Membership for which payment is received by FITNESS HOLDINGS, are the “Paid Period” for the Dues Membership. The “Paid Period” is the term of this Membership Agreement.
Membership Term. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The conditions set forth shall apply to the initial term and all renewals. The membership year for each purchasing cooperative program commences on September 1 through August 31 of each calendar year. The annual special membership fee covers enrollment through the end of a membership year only.
Membership Term. Membership on a Standards CB will continue through the Standard development process, approval and publication of the Standard. Once the Standard has been published, the CB membership will be disbanded, but the Chair and the Vice-Chair of the Standards CB will continue in their position, and will remain as members of the SC.
Membership Term. Once a Member has been successfully enrolled into the Program, a Member shall be entitled to all Services commencing on the date of COMPANY’s receipt of the enrollment. Either COMPANY or Member may terminate the Membership at any time for any reason and Member shall be entitled to all Services until either party terminates the Membership.
Membership Term. Steering Committee members shall be appointed for a five-year term, with the option to renew for a second five-year term. The Committee member’s successor will typically be his or her designated delegate.
Membership Term. The term of this Agreement (“Term”) corresponds with the duration of the membership package referenced in the Membership Selection (“Membership Package”) and commences on the date of this Agreement.

For example, if the start date is noted as September 1st, the membership term will end on September 30th of the following year. The term of MonthtoMonth Memberships will begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the same month. Membership Dues for MonthtoMonth Memberships will not be prorated based on the actual start date if after the first of the month.

Month-to-month memberships shall begin on the date of enrollment, as stated on the attached Member signature page, and will automatically renew on the same date of each month until canceled. As a condition of monthly membership, Member must have a valid credit or debit card on file with DCM’s electronic system of record. Annual memberships shall begin on the date of enrollment and will need to be renewed each year on the anniversary of membership. Members may opt into automatic renewals for Annual memberships. To cancel a membership that is set to auto-renew, Member must send an email to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx at least 3 business days prior to the auto-renew date to avoid the next monthly or annual charge. To maintain membership, this Agreement must be renewed three years from the date of execution. After three years from the date of enrollment, this Agreement shall automatically expire and terminate.
