Membership Terms. For all levels of membership, an initial full year’s payment of fees is due upon receipt and acceptance of an executed membership agreement and payable within thirty days of the date of invoice from the LF. Agreements signed before the 15th of the month will be invoiced as if active on the first of the month of signature. Agreements signed on or after the 15th will be invoiced as if active on the 1st of the following month. All fee amounts are irrevocable and non- refundable commitments based in US Dollars. We reserve the right to refuse your Participation Agreement if you have outstanding obligations to the LF or any other LF projects. In no event will fees be refunded, upon a Member’s resignation or otherwise. Membership Terms a) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, your membership will entitle you to the benefits of Club membership from the receipt of your first membership payment to the conclusion of the 2022/23 A-League season. b) For the avoidance of doubt, and without limitation, membership of the Club does not give you the right to vote in any meeting of the Club, to vote for any position of the board of directors or to participate in any dividend entitlement of any nature whatsoever. c) The Club may from time to time, where reasonably necessary, vary the terms and conditions of Club memberships. Membership cards may not be sold, exploited for commercial use, or used for promotional purposes or campaigns without the express written permission of the Club. If a membership card (or associated Ticket where applicable) is used in such a manner without the express written permission of the Club, the membership (and associated Ticket) may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the membership card or Ticket may be refused admission. f) All Club home Matches are strictly subject to capacity for General Admission members. g) The Club has the right to advise all General Admission members to purchase a reserved seat via Ticketek for all home Matches between the Club and Melbourne Victory FC. Ticketing agencies may charge a booking fee which is to be paid by the Member. h) Premium Reserved Seat members from 2021/22 season have priority to renew their current seat for the 2022/23 season until the published cut-off dates. After this date, reserved seats cannot be guaranteed. Membership Terms. By purchasing a Membership, you agree that as a condition of your continued membership at Buzz Factory, you authorize Buzz Factory or its agent to charge your Payment Card the Monthly or Annual Membership Fee (plus applicable taxes), in effect from time to time and which may change, on each monthly or annual periodic anniversary date of your membership, until your Membership is canceled, as set forth in Paragraph 18 below. For example, if your Monthly Membership began on July 20, your periodic anniversary date is the 20th of each month, and your Payment Card will be charged for the Monthly Membership Fee on that date each month. If your monthly periodic anniversary date falls on a date that is not contained in your anniversary month (for example, if your paid membership started on the 31st day of a month), your Payment Card will be charged on the last day of that month. You will not be provided with copies of charge slips evidencing the recurring charges of the Monthly Membership Fee unless requested. You agree to pay the Monthly Membership Fee (plus taxes) in accordance with your Payment Card issuer agreement, if applicable.
