MENTOR TEACHER PROGRAM. The position of mentor teacher and/or mentor coach to a new teacher will be offered to teachers with professional teacher status and is rated on his or her summative evalua- tion as exemplary or proficient. Upon appointment, the mentor teacher will receive a stipend in accordance with Article 6.9. A mentor coach will receive a stipend of $500. (See Appendix A)
